Shepherd-and-Sheep

The Good Shepherd is still longing for the return and restoration of His lost sheep, Israel, and so are we!

We’ve shared the good news of the Jewish Messiah with thousands of Israelis, but we’re not done yet.

Can you help us, please?

In times like these, donating to ministries like ours is, for most of us, a sacrificial discipline. That’s why we are deeply honoured when you choose to partner with us in this way. It suggests that you understand how vital this ministry is.

The most effective way to reach out with us is to set up an automatic payment. We greatly appreciate our growing base of regular donors who enable us to more efficiently budget, plan, and do ministry.  However, every gift, no matter how small, can be multiplied by the Lord to accomplish His purposes.

“Soon afterward, Yeshua began traveling throughout towns and villages, preaching and proclaiming the Good News of the Kingdom of God.  The twelve were also with Him.  And certain women… and many others were supporting them out of their own resources.”
Luke 8:1-3 (Tree of Life Version)

OTHER WAYS TO GIVE

Give Real Property

In order to protect CMNZ from unknown liabilities, all gifts of real property require the approval of the CMNZ Board of Directors.

  • The Board requires:
    – A preliminary title report showing no major clouds of title
    – An independent appraisal by a qualified appraiser
    – Environmental screening
    – Physical inspection when possible
  • Mortgaged property can be accepted only if a secure source of funds for payments, taxes, utilities, and other maintenance is in place. Property debt should be minimal in comparison to the fair market value.

Give through a Will and Bequest

A bequest is one of the most meaningful legacies you can provide for your family, friends, and Celebrate Messiah New Zealand. Your bequest helps ensure that your wishes for the future of Jewish evangelism will be honoured.

If you are planning to write your will, or if you already have one, you may want to consider these common ways to make a bequest:

A Specific Dollar Amount
“I give, devise and bequeath to Celebrate Messiah New Zealand, PO Box 8355, Cherrywood, Tauranga 3145 $____________ .”

A Percentage of Your Estate
“I give, devise and bequeath to Celebrate Messiah New Zealand, PO Box 8355, Cherrywood, Tauranga 3145 ___________% of my estate.”

The residue of Your Estate
A residuary bequest to Celebrate Messiah New Zealand directs that all the residue, or a percentage of the residue, of your estate, be paid to the ministry after all debts, taxes, expenses, and all other bequests have been paid.

“All the residue of my estate, including, without limitation, real and personal property, I give, devise and bequeath to Celebrate Messiah New Zealand, PO Box 8355, Cherrywood, Tauranga 3145.”

Specific Asset from your Estate
“I give, devise and bequeath _______ (insert a description of the asset here, such as stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares, real estate, works of art or antiques) to Celebrate Messiah New Zealand, PO Box 8355, Cherrywood, Tauranga 3145.”

Contingent Bequests
You can name Celebrate Messiah New Zealand to receive all or some of your estate if your primary heirs predecease you. You might do this to protect your estate from expensive litigation or from ultimate distribution to the state or unintended beneficiaries.

“If _____________ (insert the name of your heir) predecease me or disclaims any interest in ____________ (describe the asset or portion of your estate here), I give such property to Celebrate Messiah New Zealand, PO Box 8355, Cherrywood, Tauranga 3145.”
